to the first of many
handle the problem. skip the crisis.
A few years ago, I sent a marketing message at the wrong time. It was part of a product launch that I swear I triple-checked before scheduling.
That sinking feeling you get when you realize something’s gone wrong? Yeah, it hit hard.
That experience (and plenty of others) taught me this: true crises in business are rare. Mistakes happen, sometimes big ones—but panic is usually optional. How you respond is what matters most.
This week, I’m breaking down how to communicate through high-pressure moments without letting them spiral.

⧫ what’s been on my mind
Thank you for being here.
I’ve loved writing for as long as I can remember, and this newsletter is something I’ve thought about starting for a while. I’m both excited and cringing a little as I hit send—because honestly, the internet probably doesn’t need another newsletter. But something about the timing feels right for me.
My hope is that this becomes a fun way to share what I’m learning, thinking, and navigating. This section will change with every send, and I’ll do my best to candidly share whatever’s on my mind.
For now, a big thank you to each of you for reading. If you feel like sharing, I’ll drop the subscription link below. I’m so grateful to have you along for the ride.
